Having CBT therapy with Zoe was amazing. She was kind, patient and I felt very comfortable discussing my issues with her. I found the CBT aspect of the therapy very helpful, but I think Zoe’s manner and her ability to help me work through my thoughts was the best aspect. I am forever grateful to Zoe for her help and would thoroughly recommend sessions with her.


Zoe has helped me refocus myself in a kind and caring environment and given me the tools to continue to improve and support myself with my anxiety and weight loss. I now feel in control thanks to the tools she has given me and understand that it is not a quick process, but that it is possible.
